An expansive gathering space for family and friends

A bluestone patio and pool deck connect indoor and outdoor spaces creating an area for family and friends to gather, swim, and relax together.

We worked with the client, as well as a plumber and electrician, to select and coordinate the installation of kitchen appliances that are appropriate for entertaining larger groups of people. Outdoor lighting fixtures were installed to allow cooking and dining together to continue long into the evening.

Surface water from planting beds, the patio and pool deck, and downspouts is captured, redirected and slowed to reduce erosion.

Large drifts of native and ornamental plants are repeated throughout the landscape, reducing future maintenance costs as the plants mature.
